August 2-3, Shuanglin 2016 Semi-Annual Work Conference was successfully held in Shanghai. Chairman Wu Jianbin, Vice Chairman Wu Shaowei, General Manager Shan Jinhui, Vice General Manager Shi Min, Chen Youfu, Qian Xueming and various management staff attended the meting. The meeting consists of two parts, respectively strategy seminar and semi-annual summary.

At the strategy seminar, the IBM consultants introduced an advanced business model and explained the BLM methodology with detailed cases. The Enterprise Management Center then introduced about the company’s operation conditions in the last five years and stated the company’s strategic plan in the future 10 years. 

Then a heat discussion was conducted in terms of the market insight, strategic aim, and innovative focuses, and further definite the strategic positioning and targets of each subsidiary. They also discussed innovations in product technology , business mode, and operations management. Notable results were gained.

At the summary meeting, each subsidiary made summaries in terms of market sales, operations management, human resources, and continuous improvement. They shared their successful experience and also the lessons they learned. They also discussed about their plans of the later half year. General Manager Shan Jinhui affirmed the outstanding achievements in the first half year and encouraged the teams to work passionately, tackle the challenges and fulfill the targets for the later half year.

Chairman Wu Jianbin made a summary. He said that “with the automobiles sharing economy, and the smart and electric trend, we face many opportunities and challenges. We must understand our own ability and see our shortcomings, and then set up strategic plans and guarantee the implementation of the plans in terms of key tasks, organization, talent team and corporate culture.

 

Through the semi-annual work conference, Shuanglin has set up a clearer direction and target and will be sure to achieve more achievements.
